Welcome to the production website for The Marvellous World of Finn!  This is the first official cartoon created by The Film Bar  and the most ambitious project I have decided to take on yet.

 

As a person who is constantly finding inspiration with an uncontrolable need to entertain in as many ways as possible, I decided to turn to a medium that I have not spent as much time on in comparison to things like film, photography or podcasting.  Animation is something that I have always loved because, to quote the internet famous Harry Partridge, "With animation you can:".  When it comes to something like film, you are limited in what you can create, even with top of the line CGI, there are still complications and things that don't always work.  But if everything is animated from top to bottom, then it all fits in.

 

So, The Marvellous World of Finn is an episodic story about a young man named Finn who lives in a very unusual world.  Finn lives on the edge of a town called Spoopy; a place where all kinds of creatures co-exist, from pink warewolves to 4 headed ducks wearing top hats.

 

Finn spends most of his time now, trying to become a published writer but can never find a good story idea.  In search of inspiration, he adventures out with his best friend Percy the talkng cat.  Who knows what mischief they will stumble into?
